New Patients: Please call our office or email jen@jennifercarino.com to discuss your particular needs and to schedule your first appointment. Most first-time appointments require 90 minutes. This allows us time for a full health history, Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and treatment. $95-$125, 60-90 minutes
Acupuncture follow-up: Return visits for health maintenance and or pain management. $85, 60 minutes
Cosmetic Acupuncture, first appointment: An alternative to botox, this treatment naturally revives the collagen and elastin of the face, softens fine lines, evens the skin tone, and helps to correct blemishes, acne and scarring. Recommended treatment plan for long-term benefit is twice-weekly appointments for five consecutive weeks. Shorter-term treatment plans are available. $125, 90 minutes (Please call or email to schedule.)
Cosmetic follow-up: Return visits for cosmetic maintenance. $100, 60 minutes
Emergency session: For times when you need immediate relief from pain, for beginning stages of colds and flu symptoms or for follow-up treatments involving quitting smoking and detox acupuncture. $45, 30 minutes (Please call or email to schedule.)
Abdominal acupuncture: For chronic digestive disorders like constipation and abdominal bloating. Also good for quickening the metabolism, decreasing the appetite & toning the abdominal muscles. $85, 60 minutes
Fertility treatment: Fertility enhancement for men and women. (If you’d like to come in as a couple and be treated simultaneously, please choose “Couple’s Treatment”). $85, 60 minutes
Couples treatment: This is for friends, couples or family members who are comfortable hearing about each other’s health issues and would enjoy a treatment together. Perfect for fertility treatments. $145, 90 minutes
Jadience Slim Wrap: Lose body inches in just one session with this natural, Chinese Medicine Herbal body wrap. Several sessions can also help lessen cellulite. Treatment can be done prior to special occasions or as an adjunct to Acupuncture Weight Loss treatments. Session includes exfoliation, detoxification wrap, cellulite serum, and take home products. $120, 90 minutes

PAYMENT DETAILS
Payment: Payment is due upon date of treatment and can be made with cash, check, credit/debit card, or PayPal. If prescribed, herbs and supplements are additional to any treatment fees and vary according to each one.
Insurance: We accept and can bill all PPO plans for you. Please call your insurance company to confirm that you have acupuncture coverage with a “non-participating provider”. If so, coverage and co-pays vary according to each plan. Receipts can be provided for HSA and FSA plans as well. For additional help with confirming insurance coverage please contact our office.

STEP-BY-STEP DIRECTIONS FOR CALENDAR
How to Book an Appointment
1. Log in with your email address and pre-assigned password.
2. Click on your preferred day. Find an available appointment (the box will be green and without diagonal lines).
3. Click on the available time slot on the lower left hand side of your screen.
4. The following page will show you the available day and time that you chose. Click on “Create new Appointment”.
5. Your name will automatically be filled in. Choose from the drop down list of follow-up treatments. Click on “Create Appointment”.
6. You’ve successfully booked the appointment and will receive a confirmation in your email box.
7. Click on “Back” to return to the month view calendar.

How to Change Your Appointment
1. Log in.
2. Click on “Your Appointments”, the blue box below month view of the calendar.
3. The next page will list your currently scheduled appointments. Click on the “Magnifying Glass” icon for appointment details.
4. The next page will confirm your chosen appointment by listing the date, your name, etc. Click on the “Pencil and Paper” icon to the far right of your name.
5. Click on “Delete Appointment”. You will receive a confirmation email for this change.
6. To book a new appointment time, click on “Back” to return to the month view calendar.
